MICHAEL WARD jr., PRESIDENT
Originally from Miami, FL, Michael Ward Jr. earned a degree in political science and global studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Michael began his career at Oracle, focusing on cloud and on-premise technology. During this time, Michael also led Oracle’s Black employee resource group, African-American Business Leaders for Excellence (ABLE), which served employees living in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. After Oracle, Michael transitioned to ADP where he learned the impact human capital management (HCM) has on a company’s sustainability, culture, and productivity. Currently, Michael is a social entrepreneur navigating technology, business, and socioeconomic development. He is happily married, loves to travel, and eat good food.
isa white, vice PRESIDENT
Texas native, Isa White, received her Masters of Business Administration from Florida A&M University. Shortly after, she started her career at Oracle in cloud applications sales.
Isa currently leads Oracle’s Black employee resource group, African-American Business Leaders for Excellence (ABLE), for the Austin Hub. Over the years, Isa has grown the Austin chapter by creating more internal and community engagement opportunities; bridging the gap between Austin's community and the technology industry. Isa also loves to travel and eat good food.
